Announcing a major change and major milestones for Myra moving forward.
Myra is being acquired!
Community members vs Myra Founders.
Internal talks have been ongoing with community members, the core team, admins, and partners. A final decision has been made to acquire Myra by Crypcade. During these negotiations which were helped and facilitated by members of the community and avid holders of Myra who saw an opportunity, we can now announce that Myra and all of its IP and assets will be turned over to the Crypcade Project, this includes the debts and liabilities. With exception to the trading platform which will not be acquired due to proprietary ownership of the founders.
What this means for Myra holders is that your Myra will be swapped out for iCADE and you will become part of the Crypcade community, your Myra tokens will become obsolete and you will be airdropped iCADE. This event will occur 30 days after TGE and vested linearly from the strategic wallet of Crypcade, you will receive the last known traded price of Myra (TBD) in $ equivalent of iCADE at the public price of $0.04 and vested. (This is not saying Myra will be 1:1 with iCADE at $0.04 to clarify it means what ever the trading price of Myra was before liquidity was removed will give the value of Myra at that date, this amount will be used to calculate per holder how much iCADE they will recieve at the purchase price of $0.04 -Eg: if your Myra was worth $100 when trading stopped, you will be airdropped $100 worth of iCADE at $0.04) Holders will have an initial cliff of 30 days (after iCADE users receive their tokens) to ensure there is no sell pressure on TGE from the Myra community. Following this the release and vesting will align with the other holders. The issues with the staking and withdrawals of MYRA is still being resolved but no need to worry as snapshots will be taken and all wallets accounted for.
What happens to Myra now? The socials will all be taken down over the next few weeks as we take snapshots and move over to the Crypcade Socials, users will be notified and snapshots taken, if you still have Myra stuck in the staking wallet, we are still working with the staking protocol to have this removed and returned but we have all of the addresses from there so you we have the list. Myra will be turned into a user acquisition product and will become a product and subproject of Crypcade that will be a TikTok themed gaming app, this will be created with several games on a swipeable app, allowing users to play games then swipe to the next, progressing in the game will earn the users the ingame economy of Crypcade. More to this in the Crypcade update.
What you are seeing here is the MyraVerse, a way for users to interact in Web 3 and earn on their staked investment, earn from play to earn mini games that are interactive and easy to play via web or mobile.

The reason we have chosen to go this direction is to utilise the mass userbase of the mobile community, we will be building up the userbase and utilising the data to create a bridge to launchpads and projects essentially becoming a hub for launchpads in a mobile format. And then progressing to our own mobile launchpad that offers users access to investment opportunities via the launchpad and dao like governance. This combined with the Crypcade environment and the collaborative partnerships will allow the ecosystem to grow and provide more opportunities for both users and projects alike. This will enhance the vision of a collective of communities that Crypcade is working to achieve.
We hope this new direction will find you all in better hands and you will still see some admins who are part of the Crypcade community already, and were invaluable participants pushing for this deal to happen to ensure the community of Myra does not end here but instead grows alongside the Crypcade Community.
The big question is when will this all take effect? This is something that will be announced in January, the staking issue for MYRA needs to be resolved and vesting needs to be calculted and added. Crypcade is finalising their TGE so updates from here will come from Crypcade themselves. The MYRA socials will be shut down once this has been completed.
